A Montgomery County native and graduate of Lower Moreland High School, Mr.
Michael Cook received a Bachelor Degree in Science from Syracuse University in
1991 and his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1994. He is licensed
to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on the litigation
of personal injury, commercial, real estate and contract matters in Philadelphia,
Bucks, Delaware, Chester and Montgomery Counties, and has personally tried
hundreds of arbitrations and jury trials. Since 2018 Mr. Cook has been selected to
serve as a mediator/neutral arbitrator in countless liability disputes in counties all
across Pennsylvania. He has obtained the reputation as being both fair-minded and
well reasoned by his peers/colleagues. He is an active member of his community and
volunteers his time coaching youth sports. Mr. Cook loves to compete and
participates in adult sports leagues such as wood bat softball, basketball and floor
hockey, which lends itself to his fiercely loyal approach to his practice of law for his
clients. His other hobbies include yoga, lifting weights, attending live music concerts,
cooking and collecting rare whiskey. In addition, he is a member of the Pennsylvania
Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
