About Michael Cook

Michael Cook’s father was a well-known Philadelphia attorney, and growing up around that world taught him how to treat clients: like family. When a case comes to him, he tells clients the good, the bad, and the ugly, the same way he’d talk to a relative who needed honest advice. Over more than three decades, that approach has carried him through cases ranging from routine claims to some of the most severe injuries a person can survive, and it hasn’t changed his commitment to explaining every step along the way.

Michael believes clients deserve a lawyer who stays involved at every stage of their case, not a legal team that hands them off to non-lawyer staff once the paperwork begins. A Philadelphia native through and through, he’s spent his career in the city’s courtrooms and communities alike.

Michael has spent more than three decades practicing personal injury law in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, personally handling hundreds of arbitrations and jury trials. Since 2018, he has also served as a mediator and neutral arbitrator in liability disputes throughout Pennsylvania, earning a reputation among his peers as fair-minded and well-reasoned.
