Lawrence Kalikhman, Esquire

Lawrence Kalikhman, Esquire is a summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Temple University.  Mr. Kalikhman received his Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers University School of Law.  He has experience in Personal Injury Litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Mr. Kalikhman is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Bucks County Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

 Mr. Kalikhman has been selected by the Advisory Board of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) as a Fellow in the trial lawyer honorary society.  He has also been honored as America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys® — the most exclusive, elite-level of personal injury litigators throughout the country.  For more than a decade, Mr. Kalikhman’s work has been recognized by Super Lawyer® Magazine in the field of personal injury.  He regularly sits as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.

Eric Rayz, Esquire

Arkady “Eric” Rayz, Esquire is a summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Temple University.  As an undergraduate, Mr. Rayz was a recipient of the H. Thomas and Dorothy Willits Hallowell Scholarship and Temple University President’s Scholar Award.  Mr. Rayz obtained his Juris Doctorate from the James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University, where he was a staff member and editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal.  Mr. Rayz has broad experience in handling matters in federal and state courts and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

For more than a decade, Mr. Rayz has been honored with recognition by Super Lawyer® Magazine.  In 2012, Mr. Rayz was named “Top Lawyer” by Main Line Today Magazine and, more recently, “Lawyer on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer®.  In the past, Mr. Rayz was selected to serve on the arbitration panels of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and appointed as a judge pro tempore by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.

Lawrence Agunsday, Esquire

Lawrence M. Agunsday, Esquire received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law.   Mr. Agunsday has extensive experience in personal injury litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  Throughout his career he has obtained numerous favorable verdicts at Trial and extremely favorable settlements for clients.  

Mr. Agunsday has been honored with the designation of “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyer Magazine for several years in the area of personal injury.  Mr. Agunsday was also selected as one of the 10 best attorneys in Pennsylvania in 2016 by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys for client satisfaction.  He routinely sits as an Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.

Christopher S. Odhner, Esquire

Christopher S. Odhener, Esquire

Christopher S. Odhner, Esquire, received his undergraduate degree from West Chester University and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School. Mr. Odhner worked for many years as a trial attorney in Center City Philadelphia before joining a general civil practice firm in Langhorne, PA. He now dedicates his practice exclusively to the practice of personal injury law. 

Mr. Odhner was a multi-year selectee as a ”Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine in the area of personal injury. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Odhner recently finished serving on the Board of Commissioner’s for Lower Moreland Township, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for his local swim club.  

Michael Cook, Esquire

A Montgomery County native and graduate of Lower Moreland High School, Mr. Michael Cook received a Bachelor Degree in Science from Syracuse University in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1994. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on the litigation of personal injury, commercial, real estate and contract matters in Philadelphia, Bucks, Delaware, Chester and Montgomery Counties, and has personally tried hundreds of arbitrations and jury trials. Since 2018 Mr. Cook has been selected to serve as a mediator/neutral arbitrator in countless liability disputes in counties all across Pennsylvania. He has obtained the reputation as being both fair-minded and well reasoned by his peers/colleagues. He is an active member of his community and volunteers his time coaching youth sports. Mr. Cook loves to compete and participates in adult sports leagues such as wood bat softball, basketball and floor hockey, which lends itself to his fiercely loyal approach to his practice of law for his clients. His other hobbies include yoga, lifting weights, attending live music concerts, cooking and collecting rare whiskey. In addition, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
